Trail du Sud Sauvage

Commencing with a warm-up at Chassé de Case Noyale, conquer the challenging 2,200 metres of elevation. After reaching the highest point of the isalnd at Piton de la Petite Rivière Noire, you will descend into the Black River Gorges. The undulating terrain will offer you a brief reprieve before tackling challenges like the renowned Parakeet climb, followed by the Paille en Queue trails en route to Alexandra Falls, then head up uphill once more to the top of Piton Savanne. After passing through the charming village of Souillac, head back towards the coast, racing close to the untamed elements, along the steep cliffs of the South and the peaceful beach of Shandrani Beachcomber, until you reach the finish line.
