Enrico Cerea, à la tête du restaurant familial Da Vittorio, est un chef italien qui transmet, depuis 2009, son amour de la gastronomie au côté de son frère Roberto, avec qui il a remporté sa troisième étoile au guide Michelin.
Le Chef est à l’origine de Stars in Paradis et propose une cuisine traditionnelle lombarde où le terroir italien occupe une place fondamentale mixée à des saveurs orientales pour un résultat à la fois moderne, curieux et ouvert sur le monde.
